Aromas of fresh churned earth, black tea, rose petals, peppercorn, sage, strawberry, cranberry and raspberry with a hint of spice. Fresh and lively acidity and a long mineral backbone pulls the wine through the palatte alongside flavors of tart red cherries, rhubarb and cranberry with a savory quality that lingers.
