Aromas of tart pear, green apple, lemon zest, sea spray with a hint of toasted almonds. A firm backbone of mineral, chalk, saline and bright acidity focus the flavors on the palette along with ripe stone fruit, and a rich layer of tartness, and a light hint of honey.
